Eligibility : 12th Science with PCB or PCM & obtained minimum 45% marks for Open category & 40% marks for Reserved category.

Application Form:
- Separate application is made available along with the information brochure and rules for admission for making application for admission.
- The candidates shall submit the application form complete in all the respect along with the attested Xerox copies of all the documents as mentioned below to the Principal of the College on or before 5 pm on the last date prescribed for submitting the application as given on the application form.
For all candidates:
- SSC (Std X) mark sheet
- HSC (Std XII th) mark sheet
- School leaving certificate after passing HSC (Std XII)
- Certificate of the Indian Nationality of the candidate that is
a) School leaving certificate indicating the Nationality of the Candidate as “Indian”.
Or
b) Indian Passport in the name of the candidate, issued by appropriate authorities.
Or
c) Domicile certificate issued by the Tahsildar /Executive Magistrate/by Collector of the concerned District/ Taluka.
- (MHT-CET 2018 Score card/Sheet) for candidate seeking admission on CET basis.
- Final year of the Diploma in Pharmacy exam mark list (for candidates passing in Diploma in Pharmacy).
C) Candidates shall not be allowed to make any correction additions omission in the application form once submitted. Also no additional documents shall be accepted once the application form is submitted.
D) Application forms which are incomplete or in which there is over writing of such nature that it is resulting in to doubt or suspicion shall be summarily rejected and no correspondence of any sort shall be entertained to that effect.
- Bond Paper of Rs. 100/- each (2nos.) for students & parents for Anti-Ragging affidavit purpose.
The selection of candidate shall be strictly on merit and order of preference which shall be determined as per guidelines as provided in the “Rules and institute information brochure for academic year 2018-19”, published by Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra State, Mumbai
Eligibility criteria of candidates
A. Maharashtra State candidates (MHT – CET 2018 basis)
Candidate should be an Indian National and should have passed the HSC (Std. XIIth) examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with subjects English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics/Biotechnology/Technical Vocational and secured minimum 45% marks (minimum 40% marks in case of candidates of Backward class categories and Physically Handicapped belonging only to Maharashtra State) in the subjects Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology/Biotechnology/Technical Vocational subject added together (Maximum of Marks obtained in Biology/Mathematics shall be considered for the purpose of addition) and obtained a non zero score in subject Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics added together at MHT-CET 2018. (Refer Rule No 2.6 regarding Rounding off of percentage of Marks for deciding the eligibility, if applicable.) To resolve a tie i.e. more than one candidate securing equal marks in MHT-CET 2018, the procedure given in Rule 5.1.1 of “MHT-CET 2018 Application form and Information Brochure” shall be adopted.
B.Maharashtra State Candidate (XIIth basis)
Candidate should be an Indian National and should have passed the HSC (Std. XIIth) examination Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with subjects English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics/Biotechnology/Technical Vocational subject and secured minimum 45% marks (minimum 40% marks in case of candidates of Backward class categories and persons with disability belonging only to Maharashtra State) in the subjects Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics/Biotechnology/Technical Vocational subject added together ( Maximum of Marks obtained in Biology/Mathematics shall be considered for the purpose of addition). (Refer Rule No 2.6 regarding Rounding off of percentage of marks for deciding the eligibility, if applicable.) To resolve a tie i.e. more than one candidate securing equal aggregate marks in HSC (Std. XIIth) examination, following order of preference shall be adopted: Marks obtained in Chemistry at HSC, Marks obtained in Physics at HSC, Grand total of marks obtained at HSC, Marks obtained in Mathematics at SSC, Grand Total of marks obtained at SSC.
C.Maharashtra State candidate passing Diploma in Pharmacy course:
Diploma holders who have passed the diploma course in Pharmacy with minimum of 45% marks and medium of instruction as English from the Polytechnics affiliated to MSBTE . To resolve a tie i.e. more than one candidate securing equal aggregate marks in final year of Diploma Exam, following order of preference shall be adopted: Marks obtain in mathematics at SSC, grand total of marks obtained at SSC.
D.Outside Maharashtra State candidates (MHT-CET 2018 basis):
Candidate should be an Indian National and should have passed the HSC (Std. XIIth) examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with subjects English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics/Biotechnology/Technical Vocational subject and secured minimum 45% marks (minimum 40% marks in case of candidates of Backward class categories and persons with disability belonging only to Maharashtra State) in the subjects Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics/Biotechnology/Technical Vocational subject added together (Maximum of marks obtained in Mathematics/Biology shall be considered for the purpose of addition) and obtained a non zero score in subjects Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Mathematics added together MHT-CET 2018. XIIth) examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary education or its equivalent examination with subjects, English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics/Biotechnology/Technical Vocational subjects and secured minimum 45% marks (minimum 40% marks in case of candidates of Backward class categories and persons with disability belonging only to Maharashtra State) in the subjects physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics/Biotechnology/Technical Vocational Subject added together (Maximum of marks obtained in Mathematics/Biology shall be considered for the purpose of addition). (Refer Rule No 2.6 regarding Rounding off of percentage of marks for deciding the eligibility, if applicable.)
F.Outside Maharashtra State candidate passing Diploma in Pharmacy course:
Diploma holders who have passed the diploma course in Pharmacy with minimum of 45% marks and medium of instruction as English from the Polytechnics affiliated to MSBTE or its equivalent/STATE GOVERNEMENT approved autonomous Polytechnics situated in or outside the Maharashtra State. To resolve a tie i.e. more than one candidate securing equal aggregate marks Final year of the Diploma exam, following order of preference shall be adopted: Marks obtained in Mathematics at SSC, Grand total of Marks obtained at SSC.
